Voice

Voice integrates leading dialler and telephony systems with FLG CRM, giving you:

  • Call logging and call recordings
  • Click-to-call and screen-pop
  • Call matching and call history

It increases compliance and speeds up the call process for agents and advisers, with a seamless user experience.


About Voice

  • To set up Voice, go to Settings > Users and enable the Enable user to manage integrations permission.
  • Inbound or outbound calls to/from a number on a lead automatically create a Telephone Call note and register the call in call history.
  • Telephone Call notes appear on the Summary tab - click Expand to view in line, or View for full details.
  • Call recordings can be played from the Summary tab via Play Call Recording, or from the call details page.
  • Notes can be added to a call from the call details page.
  • Use the call matching controls to match/unmatch and archive calls, ensuring calls are linked to the correct leads.
  • Call history gives a full audit of inbound and outbound calls, filterable and viewable by all calls, team calls, or just your own (based on permissions).


Points to Note

  • Any existing click-to-call provider must be disabled by FLG before Voice can be set up.
  • Some features require the FLG and telephony system user accounts to share the same email address.
  • Some integrations require a specific browser and a browser extension/add-on.
  • Manual Telephone Call notes can still be created.


Connect Your Aircall Account

Aircall is a modern telephony system with instant setup, powerful integrations and proven quality that scales flexibly with your business.


Aircall authenticates at account level, giving access to every Aircall user on the account. To connect:

  • Go to Settings > Integrations.
  • Click the Aircall integration tile.
  • Click Connect on the Aircall page.
  • Follow Aircall's account authorisation steps.
  • Once connected, the integration will show as Connected.

Important: Log into Aircall, go to Integrations, and assign a telephone number to the integration.


Connect Your CircleLoop Account

CircleLoop is a cloud-based business phone system, usable in apps from anywhere, on any device - powerful, cost effective and scalable.

  • To use click-to-call, set CircleLoop as your default contact app.
  • CircleLoop authenticates at user level - your administrator may need to help manage user setup and access.
  • Each user must install the FLG integration via CircleLoop's integration page.
  • Call recording access must be enabled in CircleLoop (see CircleLoop's help guide on call recordings).

To connect:

  • Go to Settings > Integrations.
  • Click the CircleLoop integration tile.
  • Click Connect on the CircleLoop page.
  • Answer the account/user questions to ensure the correct CircleLoop account connects to FLG.
  • Follow CircleLoop's authorisation steps - contact sync may take some time.
  • Once connected, the integration will show as Connected.
