- Appointments simplifies and speeds up scheduling a call or meeting with a customer or prospect.
- It checks availability in your external calendar (or multiple users in a group) so you can pick a suitable time without leaving FLG CRM.
- FLG stays up to date with any changes you make - no more manually duplicating appointments across multiple calendars.
Connecting Your Calendar
- Appointments requires you to connect your external calendar to FLG CRM.
- Go to the profile menu in the bottom left corner of FLG CRM, then Update Profile > Calendar Settings > Open Calendar Settings.
- This feature is powered by Cronofy, which handles secure two-way calendar sync between FLG and your users' calendars.
Creating Appointments
- Appointments are created from the lead summary via New > Appointment.
- Access is controlled by the Managing Leads permission "Enable add notes, emails, tasks & other items".
Appointment Types
- Appointment types speed up creating appointments and keep them consistent across your users.
- Create one via Settings > Appointments.
- Access is controlled by the Administration permission "Enable user to manage appointment settings".
Appointments and the API
- Appointment fields and information are not currently available as part of FLG's API offerings.
- This page will be updated if that changes in future.
- See the API documentation page for what's currently possible with FLG's API tools.
Appointments Audit
- Each lead keeps a record of appointment events in the audit log.
What's Recorded in the Audit Log?
- The time, date and user's name are recorded for:
- New appointments being created
- Appointments marked as complete
- Appointment edits
- Appointment cancellations through FLG
- Appointment cancellations through the external calendar
How to Access the Audit Log
- From the lead summary page, click Filters.
- Select View All Items.
- Apply the filter.
- The audit log, including appointment information, will be displayed.
