Each lead keeps a record of appointment events in the audit log.
What's recorded in the audit log? You will see the time, date and user's name for the following:
- New appointments being created
- Appointments marked as complete
- Appointment edits
- Appointment cancellations through FLG
- Appointment cancellations through the external calendar
How to Access the Audit Log
- From the lead summary page, click on filters
- Select view all items
- Apply the filter
You will then be shown the audit log, which includes the appointments information.
