This page explains the appointment rules that can be configured. If you're unsure how to reach this page, see the help page on how to change appointment rules.

  • Minimum Scheduling Notice - the minimum amount of time in the future a new appointment can be booked for. Example: if set to 1 hour, appointments can only be booked at least 1 hour from now.
  • Buffer Between Appointments - the minimum time that must exist between each appointment, set between 0 and 120 minutes. Example: if set to 30 minutes, a new appointment can't be booked less than 30 minutes before or after an existing one.
  • Start Interval - the frequency of available time slots, set to 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Example: if set to 30 minutes, appointments can be booked in half-hour increments, e.g. 13:00, 13:30, 14:00.
  • Your Availability - sets which days and times you're available for appointments. Click Edit Availability to change the times for specific days.
