Creating an Ad-Hoc Appointment
- Select New > Appointment from the lead summary page.
- Customise the appointment details, or select an appointment type.
- Click Next to proceed.
- If creating a custom appointment, select the user, then confirm the date and time.
- A summary of the appointment details will be shown on screen.
- Click the back button to make changes, or click Save to continue.
- The appointment will then appear on the lead summary page and in the connected calendar.
Creating an Appointment via Appointment Types
- Select New > Appointment from the lead summary page.
- Customise the appointment details, or select an appointment type.
- If an appointment type is selected, the user can't be changed in the next step.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Confirm the date and time for the appointment.
- A summary of the appointment details will be shown on screen.
- Click the back button to make changes, or click Save to continue.
- The appointment will then appear on the lead summary page and in the connected calendar.
Editing an Existing Appointment
- Appointments can be edited directly from the lead in FLG - this also updates the appointment in the connected calendar.
- Navigate to the lead summary page with the appointment you'd like to edit.
- Click the pencil icon next to the appointment.
- Customise the appointment details.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Select the new date and/or time, then click Next.
- The updated appointment will then be shown on the lead.
Viewing an Appointment on a Lead
- Scheduled appointments are visible from the user dashboard or the lead summary page.
- To see only appointments, use the filters at the bottom of the page:
- Select View All Appointments
- Apply the filter
- Upcoming or completed appointments will then be displayed in the activity list.
Marking an Appointment as Complete
- Appointments can be marked as complete from the lead in FLG or from the user's dashboard.
Completing an Appointment from the Dashboard
- The appointment appears as part of the task list.
- Click the button with the tick mark to mark it as complete.
- The appointment will then no longer show on the dashboard and will be marked as complete on the lead.
Completing an Appointment on the Lead Record
- Navigate to the lead summary page with the appointment.
- Click the button with the tick mark.
- The appointment will then show as completed in the activity history.
Cancelling an Existing Appointment
- Appointments created in FLG can be cancelled from the lead record.
- Navigate to the lead record the appointment is booked with - it will be shown in the activity list.
- Click the X button to cancel the appointment.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted by your web browser.
- The appointment will then be deleted from the lead and from the connected calendar.
