Track the progress of your leads using statuses. You can customise your own list of statuses.
- To move a lead to the next stage, click the Status button on the lead.
Adding, Editing or Deleting a Status
- Navigate to Settings > Lead Groups > Statuses.
- From here you can add, edit or delete a status.

Positioning Statuses
- Use the green arrows next to each status to reposition it.
- The up/down arrow moves the status up/down by 1 each time it is pressed.
- Statuses appear on the lead in the order shown.
- In Bulk Actions, statuses are shown in alphabetical order.
Conversion Points
Each status has a conversion point indicating where a lead is in its life cycle. The points are:
- New
- Valid
- Contacted
- Qualified
- Converted
- Invalidated
- Closed
- Open conversion points appear at the top of your dashboard/homepage, giving an at-a-glance view of how many leads are at each point.
- Closed conversion points (Invalid and Closed) are not shown - view them by applying the All Closed status filter in Search Leads.
Triggering Actions on Status Change
You can make something happen when a lead's status changes - for example, sending an email when the status changes to Appointment.
- Use the Lead Type Action guide.
- Set your event to Status changed.
- Add a condition to specify which status.
