Set up a funnel and start collecting data to highlight where performance is strong or weak, and to prioritise effort.
- From the homepage, click Funnels in the side navigation bar.
- Click the New funnel button.
- Select a lead group to connect your funnel to.
- Click the funnel name or the Edit (pencil) icon next to the report name to rename it.
- Create funnel steps by clicking the (+) icon in the required position.
- Click the funnel step name or the Edit (pencil) icon next to it to rename the step.
- Add statuses to funnel steps by dragging from the field selector panel (left of the funnel designer) and dropping into the required step.
- Remove statuses from a step by clicking the cross on the field label.
- Delete a funnel step by clicking the Options icon, then Delete.
- A warning message will ask you to confirm the permanent deletion of the funnel step.

Tip: A funnel report only tracks changes in funnel step, so data can only be collected after the funnel has been created.
