Calendar Views
- The calendar offers several viewing options.
- Filter by item type:
- Tasks only
- Events only
- Appointments only
- All Items
- Choose a time view:
- Month (default)
- Week
- Day
- With the correct permissions, you can also view other users' calendars.
Calendar Access
- You can give users access to see each other's tasks, events and appointments, either:
- Across all other users, or
- Just users within the same user group
- This helps teams work more efficiently.
- To enable this, go to Settings > Users > Edit.
- Under the Teams section:
- Tick Enable access to availability calendar of other users to turn the feature on
- Tick Only access availability of users own group(s) to restrict access to the same group
- Note: unless User can see full details of other user's tasks/events/appointments is ticked, only the dates/times and priority will be shown when viewing another user's calendar.
- Ticking Enable as a team manager automatically enables both calendar availability and full access options.
Exporting the Calendar
- Calendar entries can be exported to an iCal file, supported by most popular calendar applications.
- The export includes:
- Entry description
- Due date
- Summary of the related client, including reference number
