Emails to Customers
- Emails can be sent using details held for a Site or a User, letting you vary the name and email address shown to customers.
- The recipient sees details from either:
- The User - Settings - Users - Edit (Name and Email Address)
- The Site - Settings - Sites - Edit
- You can list multiple sites under Settings - Sites if you trade under different brands, allowing you to switch details per site.
- To always send emails using the Site's details, go to Settings - Users and enable "Send emails in the sites name not in person" for each user.
- When sending bulk emails, the Options Tab lets you choose how emails are sent.
Note: When leads are unassigned, emails are sent using the site's email address and details.
Emails to Partners
- Emails sent to Introducers / Referral Partners use the details held in Settings - Configuration - Account Details - not the user's or site's email address.
