You can show your users a custom thank you page and a redirect button, taking them to a page of your choice, once they complete a journey.
Add a Custom Thank You Page
By default, customers see a standard thank you page when they complete a journey.
- Click Settings > Journeys and open an existing journey
- Scroll to the end of the journey and click Customise on the thank you page object (this object only shows if you've added another field to your journey)
- Populate the header and body fields with your preferred text - template variables can be used to personalise the page for your customer
- Click Save
- The thank you page object will now show that a custom thank you page is applied
- Customers will now see your custom thank you page when they complete the journey
- To edit, click Edit on the thank you page object
- To remove, click Remove custom page
Add a Redirect Button
A redirect button can give further details about your process or serve as an upsell opportunity. The page must be http or https.
- Click Settings > Journeys and open an existing journey
- Scroll to the end of the journey and click Customise (if no custom page exists) or Edit (if one already exists)
- Tick Display redirect button to enable the feature, then add your button text and redirect URL
- Click Save
- Customers will now see the redirect button at the bottom of the thank you page
- To edit or remove, click Edit on the thank you page object
- To remove just the button, untick Display redirect button
- Clicking Remove custom page removes both the redirect button and the thank you page message
