What Is a Lead Type Action?

• A Lead Type Action is an immediate response to an event in FLG.
• An event can be anything from a lead arriving in the system to a customer opening an email sent from the system.
• There are many actions and events to choose from.
• Example used here: action Assign to User on event Received.

Adding a Lead Type Action

• Requires access to the Settings menu.
• Go to Settings > Lead Groups > Lead Types for the relevant group.
• Click Edit on the Lead Type you want to add the action to.
• Each Lead Type has its own set of actions, so you may need to add actions to each one individually.

• Click + Add New Action to start. A selection box will show the available actions
• Choose the trigger event
• Click Update to save. The action will now run every time a new lead arrives in the system.
