Setting Up Hot Key Transfers

• Leads can be delivered by Hot Key Transfer.
• Go to Settings > Lead Group > Lead Type > Edit.
• Click Show Partner Referral Settings to reveal hidden options.
• Under Referral Method, choose Telephone Transfer from the dropdown.
• Make sure any partners set up for this lead type have a transfer number set in Partners > Settings > Transfer Telephone Number.

Referring a Lead by Hot Key Transfer

• Click the Referral button from a lead when ready to refer it.
• A Refer Lead - Telephone Transfer screen appears.
• Attempt to connect the call to the transfer phone number shown on screen, or select Transfer Failed.
• A record is kept of the transfer date & time, the outcome, and the transfer reference.

Searching by Hot Key Transfer Return Reference

• Yes, this is possible.
• Click Filters from Search Leads and select Telephone Transfer Return Reference.
• Use is the value to search for the number.
