Campaign Scheduling Options

When setting up a campaign via Bulk Actions, the Schedule Options section lets you choose when the campaign will send.


Send immediately


Select Send immediately to send the campaign as soon as you complete the setup and select Continue. The campaign will be processed and sent straight away.


Campaigns sent immediately will not appear in Planned Campaigns. They will go directly to Completed Campaigns once sending is finished.


Send at a specific date and time


Select Send at a specific date and time to schedule the campaign for a future date. Two additional fields will appear:

  • Date: enter the date in dd/mm/yyyy format, or use the calendar picker
  • Time: enter the time in 24-hour format (for example, 09:00 or 14:30)


Once saved, the campaign will appear in Planned Campaigns until the scheduled time is reached, at which point FLG will process and send it automatically.


You can update the scheduled date and time from within Planned Campaign Details, up until the campaign sends.
