Planned Campaigns

The Planned Campaigns tab shows all campaigns that have been created and scheduled but not yet sent. This is where you can check what's queued up and open individual campaigns to review or update them before they send.

Viewing planned Campaigns

To view your planned campaigns:

Select Campaigns from the main navigation
Select the Planned Campaigns tab

The list shows each upcoming campaign with its scheduled date and time, campaign name, type, and audience size.

The list is sorted by date and time by default. Select any column header to change the sort order.

If no campaigns exist, or no results match your active filters, the list will show: No matching items were found.

Searching and filtering

To filter the planned campaigns list, select the filter icon to open the Search Filters panel. You can filter by:

Keyword: searches campaign names
Date: shows campaigns scheduled for a specific date

Select Clear All to remove all active filters. Select the X to close the filter panel.

Opening a planned Campaign

Select any campaign from the list to open it and view the full campaign configuration and audience.
