Planned Campaign Details

Opening a planned campaign takes you to its detail view, where you can see the full campaign configuration and the complete list of leads in the audience.


Campaign Details


The Campaign Details panel on the left shows the campaign configuration. You can edit the following fields before the campaign sends:

  • Name: the campaign name
  • Date: the scheduled send date
  • Timethe scheduled send time
  • Template: the email template selected when the campaign was created


The Type and Audience fields are shown for reference and cannot be edited here.


To save your changes, select Save. To discard them, select Cancel.


Note: The audience is fixed at the point of scheduling. Editing the campaign details does not add or remove leads.


Campaign Audience


The main area lists every lead included in the campaign. For each lead you can see:

  • Lead ID: a link to the individual lead record
  • First Name and Last Name
  • Contact Information: the email address FLG will use to send the campaign
  • Permission to Contact: whether the lead has permission to be contacted (green tick = yes, red cross = no)
  • Valid Email Address: whether FLG has validated the email address (green tick = yes, red cross = no)


Leads without permission to contact or without a valid email address will not receive the campaign when it sends.


Filtering the audience


Select the filter icon to open the Search Filters panel. You can filter by:

  • Keyword: searches across the lead data shown in the table
  • Permission: filter by whether leads have permission to contact
  • Valid: filter by whether leads have a valid email address


Select Clear All to remove all active filters. Select the X to close the filter panel.


Sidebar navigation

Use the icons on the far left to move between views within the campaign:

  • Info: Campaign Details
  • Filter: Search Filters
  • List: returns to Search Leads with the campaign audience pre-selected
  • Bin: delete this campaign


Deleting a planned Campaign


To delete a planned campaign:

  1. Select the bin icon in the sidebar. 
  2. On the confirmation modal:
    1.  Select Delete to permanently delete the campaign. No messages will be sent. 
    2. Select Cancel to go back without making any changes.


This action cannot be undone.
