You can customise the options your users have when they use the Insert Text or Insert Outcome button when creating an event, task, or telephone call note.
Event Details
- To add or edit your Event Details, go to Settings > Quick Text > Event Details.
- Click Add New Event Detail
- Enter your text
- Click Continue
- Once added, click the green arrows to reorder your options. The order here is the order users will see in the Insert Text dropdown.
Task Details
- To add or edit your Task Details, go to Settings > Quick Text > Task Details
- Click Add New Task Detail
- Enter your text
- Click Continue
- Once added, click the green arrows to reorder your options. The order here is the order users will see in the Insert Text dropdown.
Call Outcomes
- To add or edit your Call Outcomes, go to Settings > Quick Text > Call Outcomes
- Click Add New Outcome
- Enter your text
- Click Continue
- Once added, click the green arrows to reorder your options. The order here is the order users will see in the Insert Outcome dropdown.
