Billed Services
- We bill for 2 types of service:
- Your subscription (including recurring monthly amounts, e.g. for a text message inbound number)
- Any transactional services (such as text messages, professional services or overages)
- Subscription billing periods start on either the 1st or the 16th of the month, and are billed in advance.
- Your first bill will be a pro-rata invoice, covering from your subscription date until the end of your billing period.
- If your billing period starts on the 1st, you'll be invoiced on the last day of the month. If it starts on the 16th, you'll be invoiced on the 15th.
- Transactional service invoices are sent on the 1st of the month, covering usage from the previous month.
Adding a Direct Debit and Credit Card
- Set up a Direct Debit or store a credit card via Settings > Configuration > Account Details > Add Payment Method.
- Setting up a Direct Debit takes you to a GoCardless web form to complete.
- Direct Debits are collected 7 days after an invoice is raised.
- Credit card payments are also taken 7 days after an invoice is raised.
- There's a minimum collection amount of £1. Invoices under £1 must be paid by BACS.
