Create a New Journey

1. Select Settings, then Journeys from the sidebar menu in FLG
2. Click New Journey to add a new Journey
3. Enter a name and select a lead group

Lead Group Selection

• A specific lead group must be selected to use the full Journey functionality
• If all lead groups is selected, only these are available: standard fields, metadata fields, and static elements
• If a specific lead group is selected, these are also available: additional fields and Journey fields

Delete a Journey

From the Journeys Page

1. Navigate to Settings > Journeys
2. Click the three dots next to the Journey
3. Select Delete

From Within the Editor

1. Click the three dots in the top right corner
2. Select Delete Journey

Rename a Journey

1. Navigate to Settings > Journeys
2. Open the Journey by either:
   • Clicking on its name, or
   • Clicking the three dots next to it and selecting Edit
3. Click the pencil icon near the top of the page
4. Enter the new name
5. Click Save to apply the change

Sort Journeys

• Journeys can be sorted by name or lead group
• Click the column heading for either Journey name or Lead group to sort the results

Preview a Journey

• When creating or editing a Journey, it can be previewed without having to navigate to a lead.
• Click on the three dots in the top right corner, then select Preview Journey.
