Viewing and Replying
- View reply emails from your home screen or the lead summary - click the square View button to read or reply.
- For unassigned leads, select All users or Unassigned from the user list on your homepage to see:
- All email replies, or
- All email replies on unassigned leads
Reply Allocation
- Replies are assigned to the user who sent the email, not the lead's assigned user.
- When sending bulk emails, you can choose who to send from - this determines where replies are allocated:
- Send from the site's name or the user assigned to the lead - replies go to the assigned user.
- Send from yourself - replies come back to you.
Reallocating Replies
- Click the View button on any reply.
- Select a user from the dropdown - the reply will move to that user's dashboard.
When a User is Deleted
- Lead is now unassigned - view replies by selecting All users from your homepage.
- Lead is reassigned to a new user - that user receives all associated email replies on their dashboard.
