Bulk Emails
- Leads with Permission to Email set to No will not receive bulk emails.
- Manually sending an email from a lead is still allowed, regardless of this setting.
Updating Permission to Email
If you have a correct email address and have gained consent from the customer:
1. Click Edit on the lead.
2. Navigate to the Contact Preferences section.
3. Select Yes next to Permission to Email.
The customer can now be included in bulk emails.
Searching for Leads with Permission Set to No
- Navigate to Search Leads.
- Click + Add Filter at the bottom of the filter panel.
- Select Permission to Email with the value No.
