Error: "The lead could not be accepted as it does not meet the minimum acceptance criteria for this lead group"

This error occurs due to:

• No Lead Types: Check Settings > Lead Groups - you must have at least one lead type for the lead to drop into
• Conditional Filtering Mismatch: The lead details don't match your conditional filtering in Settings > Lead Groups > Lead Types. The lead must match at least one Lead Type's conditional filters

Note: Best practice is to create a lead type with no conditional filters and list it at the bottom of your lead type list. This ensures no leads are lost if they don't match any other lead type.

Error: Duplicate Lead Detected

When you see this error, you can:

• Click Submit this lead anyway - this overrides your duplication settings and saves the lead
• Click the links to search the system for matching records (e.g., by Name)

To change your duplication settings:

• Settings > Lead Groups > Edit Group > General Settings > Edit De-Duplication preferences
• Settings > De-Duplication
