- Appointments can be booked for any user with a connected calendar.
- If you haven't connected a calendar yet, see Getting Started with Appointments.
How to Book an Appointment
- Select New > Appointment from the lead summary page.
- Customise the appointment details, or select an appointment type.
- Note: if an appointment type is selected, the user can't be changed in the next step.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Select the user and confirm the date and time for the appointment.
- A summary of the appointment details will be shown on screen.
- Click the back button to make changes, or click Save to continue.
- The appointment will then show on the lead summary page and in the connected calendar.
