  • You can set up a workflow to send an email at a specific time of day by triggering it a day before the appointment - shown as the third lead action.
  • In the workflow, use the day started schedule to set actions to start at a specific time of day. See the workflows page for more information on schedules.
  • This workflow is triggered 1 day before the appointment time, then waits until 9 AM (9 hours) before sending the email.
