Upgrading Your FLG Edition

As your business changes, you may find that you want to upgrade your edition of FLG to better suit your business needs.

You can do this in Settings > Configuration > Subscription > Change Subscription.

You will now be able to choose an edition to upgrade and press the change subscription button for the changes to take effect.

IMPORTANT: Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro rota. For further details regarding billing, please see our Billing Explained article.

Downgrading Your FLG Edition

If you wish to downgrade your services, you will need to contact us on 01282 798545. We recommend that you Compare our Editions  first so that you are aware of the changes in the inclusive allowances and what features you will have access to.

Once you have contacted us and we have confirmed the changes in the editions and that your account is in line with the allowances and features of the edition that you wish to downgrade to, we will downgrade your account to the requested edition.

IMPORTANT: Downgrades take effect at the next billing date as we cannot raise partial credits against services. For further details regarding billing, please see our Billing Explained article.

Increasing or Decreasing Users/Partner

If you wish to add more users/partners but you have have reached your total number of users or if you have deleted users/partners and do no intend to use that licence for another user/partner, then you will need to mange your user licence subscription.

You can do this in Settings > Configuration > Subscription > Change Subscription.

You simply need to change the number of users and press Change Subscription.

IMPORTANT: Deleting users does not reduce the number of licences that you are billed for so you will need to change your subscription for deleted users. Increasing the number of user licences takes effect immediately and is billed on a pro rota basis but downgrades will take effect from the next billing date. For further details regarding billing, please see our Billing Explained article.
