Adding an external calendar to Forms

Created by Reece Rodgers, Modified on Tue, 2 Jul at 11:14 AM by Reece Rodgers

Sometimes you want to continue using external calendars, perhaps to share appointments between your teams. Just make your calendar available through a form. (Settings >Forms)
You can then access the form directly from a lead. You'll be able to view an external calendar. Book, add or change appointments.

In this example, we've used the Teamup calendar. A web link is all that is needed to access this calendar. Get the weblink for your Teamup calendar.

Setting up the form

In FLG, create a new form. In Settings >Forms. Click the 'Source' button (at the top of your form) and paste in this code:
<html>
<head>
<title></title>
</head>
<body><iframe align="left" frameborder="0" height="450" scrolling="no" src="https://teamup.com/yourcalendar" width="100%"></iframe></body>
</html>
Just replace your calendars address

Click the source button and check at the top to make sure you have ticked: 'Make this form accessible from the lead summary'. Then click the continue button to save the form at the bottom.
Go to a lead in FLG and select the form to test

Here's our calendar

This is viewed through a form which can be accessed from a lead.
