You can show your users a custom thank you page and a redirect button, taking them to a page of your choice, once they complete a journey.

Add a custom thank you page

When your customer or prospect completes a journey, by default they are shown the following thank you page.

To add a custom thank you page which is personal to your user, company or brand:

  1. Click Settings > Journeys and open an existing journey
  2. Scroll to the end of the journey and click Customise on the thank you page object. This will currently show that you have a default thank you page applied. This object will only show if you have added another field to your journey

  3. Populate the header and body fields with your preferred text. Template variables can be used to make your thank you page personal to your customer

  4. Click Save
  5. The thank you page object at the end of the journey will now show that a custom thank you page is applied

  6. When your customer or prospect completes a journey, they will see a custom thank you page

  7. To edit or remove the custom thank you page, click Edit on the thank you page object at the end of the journey. To remove, click the Remove custom page button

Add a redirect button

When your customer or prospect completes a journey, a redirect button can be used to give further details about your process or as an upsell opportunity. The page must be http or https.

To add a redirect button to your thank you page:

  1. Click Settings > Journeys and open an existing journey
  2. Scroll to the end of the journey and click Customise on the thank you page object if you don't currently have a custom thank you page or click Edit if you have a custom thank you page already. This object will only show if you have added another field to your journey
  3. Click the Display redirect button checkbox to enable the feature then populate your preferred button text and redirect URL

  4. Click Save
  5. When your customer or prospect completes a journey, they will see a custom thank you page with a redirect button at the bottom of the thank you page

  6. To edit or remove the redirect button, click Edit on the thank you page object at the end of the journey. To remove the redirect button alone, click the Display redirect button checkbox to disable the feature. Clicking the Remove custom page button will remove the redirect button and the thank you page message
