Appointment events

There are different appointment events that can be used as part of lead actions. These allow you to automatically schedule actions to take place based off of different events.

This article covers events that are related to appointments. For a full list of available events please see the lead actions guide.

The following appointment events can be used:

Appointment Created
Triggers when an appointment is created by a user or customer.
Appointment Created - Internal
Triggers when an appointment is created by a user only.
Appointment Created - Customer
Triggers when an appointment is created by a customer only.
Appointment Updated
Triggers when an appointment is updated.
Appointment Cancelled
Triggers when an appointment is cancelled by a user or customer.
Appointment Started
Triggers when the appointment start time is reached.
Appointment Completed (task ticked off)
Triggers when an appointment is marked as complete.
Appointment 1 Hour Before
Triggers 1 hour before the appointment start time.
Appointment 1 Day Before
Triggers 1 day (24 hours exactly) before the appointment start time.
Appointment 3 Days Before
Triggers 3 days (72 hours exactly) before the appointment start time.
Appointment 1 Week Before
Triggers 7 days (168 hours exactly) before the appointment start time.
Appointment 1 Day After
Triggers 1 day (24 hours exactly) after the appointment.
Appointment 1 Week After
Triggers 7 days (168 hours exactly) after the appointment.
