Appointments is the FLG feature that speeds up and simplifies the process of scheduling a call or meeting with a customer or prospect by checking your availability in your external calendar and letting you pick a time that suits without having to leave the platform.
Connecting a calendar
Users can connect with the following external calendars:
- Outlook.com
- Office 365

Required user permission
To connect a calendar the user needs to have the permission for Enable add notes, emails, tasks & other items.
What are the benefits of connecting an external calendar?
Once a user's calendar is connected they can create an appointment from a lead or use appointment types which will show in both FLG and the connected calendar. This includes an option for users to receive appointment notifications.
You can also let your customer choose and book their own appointment slot to free up time for your users.
It's also possible to set up automated reminders and workflows for appointments.
