Customise the Email Unsubscribe Link

Here's how to add unsubscribe links to your templates (by doing this, you have absolute control of the format, position and text of your link):

1. Edit a template by going to 'Settings > Templates > Edit'.
2. Type the text of the link wherever you want the unsubscribe link in the template, for example 'Click here to unsubscribe'.
3. Highlight/select the text of the link.
4. Click the 'link' icon on the email editor toolbar - it's a button with a globe & chain on it around the middle of the menu.
5. Change 'Protocol' to '<other>'.
6. In URL, type in '{LEAD_UNSUBSCRIBE}'.
7. Click 'OK'.
8. Save template.
