What are Bulk Actions?

Bulks actions allow you to perform the below actions on the Search Leads results. If you go to Search Leads, apply the necessary filters to return a list of leads that you wish to perform the bulk action on and then press bulk actions to perform one of the below actions.

De-Duplication

De-Duplication is done automatically when you use bulk actions to send emails, text messages or letters ensuring that each recipient only receives the communication once.

Note: Some actions may not be available due to user permissions.

Note: There is a limit of 20,000 records

Bulk Actions

Self Assign - Assign yourself to all the all the leads in the results.

Delete - Delete all the leads in the results.

Tasks & Notes

Cancel all Tasks - Cancel all the tasks in the lead results.
Self Assign all Tasks - Assign yourself to all the all the tasks in the lead results.
Create Tasks - Create a task for each of the leads in the results.
Create Note - Create a note for each of the leads in the results.

Contact - Send a template email, text message or letter to all of the leads in the results.

Workflows - Stop all workflows or Start a workflow for each of the leads in the results.

Type - Change the lead type for all the leads in the results.

Status - Change the status for all the leads in the results.

User - Change the assigned user for all the leads in the results.

Referral

Refer - Refer all the leads in the results
Unrefer - Unrefer all the leads in the results
Redeliver - Redeliver all the leads in the results
Reverse - Reverses all transactions (both introducer and buyer) for all the leads in the results.
Reverse (Introducer) - Reverses transactions to your introducer for all the leads in the results.
Reverse (Referral) - Reverses transactions to your referral partner for all the leads in the results.

Introducer - Change the introducer for all the leads in the results.
