Notifications can be enabled by a user or administrator for appointments, tasks and events.
There are two options that can be selected from:
- When assigned a task/event/appointment by another user.
When enabled, the user will receive an email when a new appointment, task or event is booked by another user.
- When a task/event is due soon
When enabled, the user will receive an email one hour before the appointment, task or event start time.
Enabling notifications as a user
Click in the bottom left corner where your name or company logo is and then select Update Profile.
On that page you can then select the option(s) that you'd like to enable.
Enabling notifications as an admin
Use the side bar menu to navigate to Settings > Users. Click on Edit next to the user that you'd like to enable the notifications for.
On that page you can then select the option(s) that you'd like to enable.
