O2 compress data when you access sites over mobile data.  This is known as 'proxy compression'.

If you're having problems using FLG over mobile data but not whilst connected through Wi-Fi, and you're an O2 pay monthly customer, try changing your mobile data access point to:

  • Proxy: mobile.02.co.uk
  • Username: bypass
  • Password: password
