For Concierge customers the Audit Report can be accessed in Reports > Audit Report.
Access extra information about your user's interactions and activity as well as activity of leads. There's audit trails for user and partner emails as well as successful / failed log in attempts. We're recording when users export or delete any data so you have more visibility. You can see database change logs too!
The Audit report includes Failed (AUTHFAIL) and successful (AUTHSTATUS) log in attempts. For successful log ins, you will see the user name as well as the IP address. A failed log in will provide the email address attempting to sign in for both partners & users.
Password changes for both partners & users. AUTHPASS provides information when a password is reset, through either a password reset link or through a users dashboard (Not through Settings>Users) you will see the user name as well as the IP address and the date/ time the password was changed
Lead Export -The export log will detail which user was signed in and clicked to export activity / export leads (either in bulk or directly from a lead). You'll know the date and time of the export and the users IP Address.
Lead Viewed Logs -The Lead viewed logs will detail when a lead was viewed, who viewed it, when it was viewed, the users IP Address and what page of the lead was viewed (Summary, Detail or Transactions).
Lead Delete Logs - There's a log for every deleted lead detailing the lead Id, when it was deleted, who deleted it and the users IP Address. If leads are deleted in bulk, you will see a separate log for each lead that was deleted.
Email & SMS Logs
User Email - record emails that were sent to a user by the system.There's emails that relate to leads (i.e Lead notifications,Task notifications,Task/Event due soon notifications) as well as non lead related emails (Lead API errors, Email Usage Limit warnings, New Partner Account Created, New User Account Created,Partner Account Paused,Partner Query, Password Reset, Text Message Limit Warning, Unallocated Reply Text Message) The report details when these emails were sent from which IP Address as well as the email subject and the 'TO' address. If the email is lead related you'll also see the lead Id.
Part Email - will detail the emails that were sent to a partner by the system. For instance emails that relate to leads (Lead delivery emails & follow up emails) as well as non lead related emails (Password Reset, Account set up, Low funds balance, Accepted/Declined returns) The report details when these emails were sent from which IP Address as well as the email subject. If the email is lead related you'll also see the lead Id.
User SMS - will detail the SMS notifications that were sent to a user by the system. The report details when the SMS was sent, which user it was sent to as well as the content of the notification and the number the notification was sent to.
Part SMS - will detail the SMS notifications that were sent to a partner by the system. The report details when the SMS was sent, which partner it was sent to as well as the content of the notification and the number the notification was sent to.
Lead Action Logs
All of the lead actions detail which user performed the action and when it was done.
New Lead - Leads received through API,form post,I frame,Lead Import,user,introducer
Lead Edit - lists when a lead is edited (Lead Edit,Via the APi, through a form, dialler,lead update or contact details copied from a linked lead). If the lead is copied from a linked lead you'll see the original lead ID. Database change logs are listed under Lead Edit allowing you to see what details were changed. You can see the value before and after the change.

Lead Viewed- The lead view will detail whether it was the leads summary, detail or transactions viewed.
Lead Flow - workflow stop/start,
Lead Hook - logs of webhooks that are successful or have failed. Each provides the URL. where a webhook failed you will see the status code.
Lead Status - The status change logs will show the old status value and the new status value
Lead Type - Detail Lead Type changes (pre and after change)
Lead User - Detail user changes (pre and after change)
Lead Intro - The introducer change logs will show details of the changes to an introducer
Part Del - Logs the delivery details (delivered through internet delivery) identifying which partner the lead was delivered to
Lead Ref - Logs the referral partner changes with the date an time of the action.
Lead Rev - This logs transactions that have been reversed. You will see either: (All transactions reversed, Introducer transactions reversed, Referral transactions reversed)
Lead Return - This provides info on when a lead was returned with the return reason. You'll also see Lead return accepted
Lead Unsubf - Logs when a leads email address failed. It confirms which email address failed and that the permission to email has been set to 'No'.
Lead Unsubu - Logs when a lead has unsubscribed. it confirms which email address unsubscribed and that the permission to email has been set to 'No'.
